Abstract:In order to provide convenience to maintain electronic belt in coal mine,the weighing instrument was developed that combined electrical design and explosion-proof technology.The weighing instrument contains that the RS485 communication circuit based on SN75LBC184,the weight of signal acquisition circuit based on CS5532,design of the low error rate based on ASCII code mode used in the RS485 transmission,design idea of RS485 communication program,parameter configuration and initialization of CS5532,introduces briefly the design,working principle and package of Zener safety barrier.The test result of National Explosion-proof Organization shows that the weighing instrument complies with procedures.In addition,the measurement substation shows stable performance,good anti-jamming performance and explosion-proof effectively,it accords with the design requirement of the intrinsically safe system.
