摘    要:为了实现缸内直喷汽油机(GDI)喷油量、喷油正时和喷油速率的精确控制,对喷油嚣驱动电路提出更高的要求.设计了一种GDI发动机喷油器驱动电路,该电路由BOOST升压、高端自举驱动和电流分段控制电路等模块组成,采用双电源供电,以硬件控制方式实现三段驱动反馈电流控制,节省了软件资源.实验表明,该电路可以有效减小喷油器的开启时...

Abstract:In order to precisely control the injection quantity,injection timing and injection rate of the GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection) engine,a higher requirement of the injector drive circuit should be achieved.A drive circuit for GDI injector was designed.The drive circuit was made up of a module of boost converter,a high side bootstrap driver and a current feedback circuit.Through double power supply,drive current sectionalized control in three stages was achieved by hardware control mode.The experiment results show that the circuit can efficiently reduce the opening or closing time of the injector,and meet the requirements for the injector drive performance.
