| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍在棉纺系统加工短羊毛时,压力棒装置的使用。改进了国产1242型棉纺并条机,增加了压力棒装置,在牵伸区中布置附加摩擦力界并合理选用工艺参数。使下机须条均匀度获得明显效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of pressure bar device in processing for short wool in cotton spinning system. It improved the drawing frame Model 1242 made in China,added a pressure bar device to it,in order to increase an additional friction field in the drafting zone and processing parameters are adopted reaso- nably,The evenness of the output sliver gains good effect. |
