摘    要:针对扭臂模锻成形过程,采用三维刚塑性有限元法进行了数值模拟,分析了金属的塑性变形行为,对可能产生的缺陷进行预测,给出了等效应力、等效应变的分布情况,从而为工艺制订和模具设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to the die forging process of twist arm. The numerical simulation was carried out by using 3D finite element, and the plastic deformation mechanism of metal was analyzed. The defect occurred in forming process is predicted, the distribution of effective stress and effective strain are described so as to provide the theoretical principle for making reasonable metal forming process and die design.
