摘    要:摩擦热加工是利用摩擦过程中的能量转换原理使材料局部区域处于热塑性状态而实现加工的方法。该项技术具有低能耗、无污染、高效率、加工质量好等优点,因而应用前景广泛。综合介绍了摩擦热加工技术在材料连接、压制成形、表面改性等方面的应用。

Abstract:Friction processing technique is an efficient,high quality processing method with low pollution.The technique makes use of relative friction to transform mechanical energy into thermal energy,then material becomes plasticized to be processed.Wide uses of friction processing technique were illustrated,including in areas of material joining,forming,and surface modification.The devel- opments of the technique were reviewed.And it's foreground was forecasted.
