微波辅助法提取马尾松树皮总黄酮的研究

摘    要:以水为溶剂采用微波辅助辐射法提取了马尾松树皮总黄酮。以芦丁标准品为对照品,用分光光度法测定马尾松树皮总黄酮的含量;探讨了料液比、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、浸提时间、浸提温度等因素对马尾松树皮总黄酮提取率的影响,通过正交实验得出微波辅助提取马尾松树皮总黄酮的最佳条件为:料液比1:25(g:mL)、微波辐射功率350W、微波辐射时间3×40s(间歇3次)、浸提时间4h、浸提温度60℃,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率达到3.08%。微波辅助下以水为溶剂提取马尾松树皮总黄酮高效、快速、经济,具有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:Total favonoids in Pinus massoniana bark was extracted by microwave-assisted extraction using water as solvent. With rutin standard as reference substance,flavonoids content in Pinus rnassoniana bark was determined by spectrophotometry. The effects of solid-liquid ratio, microwave irradiation power, microwave ir- radiation time,soaking time, soaking temperature on extraction rate of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana bark were studied. The optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana bark were obtained through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 25 (g : mL), microwave irradiation power'of 350 W, microwave irradiation time of 3 X 40 s(intermit- tent 3 times) , soaking time of 4 h, soaking temperature of 60 ℃. Under above eonditions, the extraction rate could reach 3.08 %. Microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids in Pinus rnassonlana bark with water as solvent was rapid, efficient and economic.
