摘    要:探讨了文冠果油用复合脱色剂(活性白土/活性炭)脱色的工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上。以脱色温度、脱色时间、脱色剂用量和搅拌速率为自变量,脱色率为响应值,采用Box,Behnken实验设计方法,考察各、变量及其交互作用对脱色率的影响,利用Design Expert软件模拟得到回归方程的预测模型。确定丈冠果油的最佳脱色条件为:脱色温度50℃、脱色时间31min、脱色剂用量4%、搅拌速率19r·min^-1,在此条件下,脱色率为90.38%。

Abstract:Activated clay and activated carbon were applied to decolorization of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds oil. The conditions such as decolorizing temperature,decolorizing time, decoloring agent dosage and stirring speed had been investigated. On the basis of single factor experiment, the method of response surface anal- ysis(RSA) with four factors and three levels was adopted and the factors influencing the deeolorization effect were determined by means of regression analysis. The results showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds oil by activated clay-activated carbon were as follows: decolorizing temperature of 50 ℃, decolorizing time of al min, decolorizing agent dosage of 4% and stirring speed of 19 r · min^-1. Under above conditions, the decolorizing rate reached 90.38 %.
