摘    要:采用4种锰盐MnCl2、Mn(OAc)2、MnO2、MnSO4催化苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺。结果表明.Mn(OAc)2具有最高催化效率;以Mn(()Ac)。为催化剂,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对产率的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:n-Mn(OAc)2]:n(苯甲醛肟)=1.1:10、反应温度110℃、反应时间14h.在此条件下苯甲酰胺产率达66.4%。Mn(OAc)2有效地缩短了反应时间,是一种良好的催化剂。

Abstract:In this study, four kinds of manganese salts MnCl2, Mn(OAc)2, MnO2, MnSO4] were used as catalyst for rearrangement of benzaldoxime into benzamide. The results showed that Mn(OAc)2 had the highest catalytic efficiency. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows= molar ratio of Mn(OAc)e to benzaldoxime of 1. 1 = 10,reaction temperature of 110 ℃,reaction time of 14 h. Under above conditions, the yield of benzamide reached 66.4%. Mn(OAc)2 can effectively shorten the reaction time. Therefore,it is a good catalyst.
