木材干燥计算机控制系统的开发与应用

摘    要:木材干燥过程中,以人工方式控制木材干燥过程难度较大,随着木材含水率的变化,木材的各向应力也发生变化,且变化非常复杂。如果木材干燥过程中采用计算机控制技术,可实现干燥过程控制的实时性,提高产品的优质率,缩短木材干燥的时间,降低干燥能耗。通过对木材干燥过程各类参数的统计,分析干燥过程控制的实际特点,调整控制系统中的知识库参数,摸索出各种木材干燥过程控制的理想方案,在对简单PID控制算法的研究过程中,提出了木材干燥过程模糊控制算法,在VC++6.0平台上开发了基于CAN总线的木材干燥过程控制系统。

Abstract:It is difficult to control the process of wood desiccation by hand. Within the process of wood desiccation, as the rate of moisture of wood changes, the stress in each direction of the wood also correspondingly changes and the changes are very intricate. By applying computer control technology to the process of wood desiccation, one may realize the real-time control of the desiccation process, increase the rate of high quality, shorten the duration of wood desiccation and reduce the consumption of energy via collecting the statistics of a variety of parameters in wood desiccation process, analyzing the practical futures of desiccation process control, adjusting parameters of the database within the control system and figuring out the ideal scheme for the process control for various kinds of wood. This paper proposes a fuzzy control algorithm for wood desiccation process through the investigation of simple PID control algorithm, and has also developed a computer control system for wood desiccation process based on CAN buses. The control system has been utilized and extended in a foreign-invested furniture enterprise and the effect is good.
