本钢薄板坯连铸工艺技术优化

摘    要:本钢薄板坯连铸经过近年来的工艺优化,解决了钢水成分窄范围控制和钢水可浇性问题,通过连铸浸入式水口的开发,结晶器保护渣的特性使用,降低连铸的漏钢率,减少铸坯表面的纵裂和角裂。品种结构已能生产超低碳钢、低碳钢、中碳钢、高碳钢、低合金高强钢和电工硅钢等钢种。

Abstract:Through the techniques optimization in recently years, we have resolved the problem of steel composition narrow range controlling and also steel casting quality. By means of nozzle development and mould powder using, breakout rate and surface crack had been reduced. Up to now, we have produced ultra low carbon steel, low carbon steel, mild carbon steel, high carbon steel, peritectic steel and electrical silicon steel grade etc.
