3G移动数据业务平台中短消息增值业务的开发与研究

针对移动数据业务发展和运营过程中出现的问题，给出了一种在3G移动数据业务平台(MDSP)上开发短信增值业务的方法和技术。通过增加短信二次确认流程、黑白名单等功能，解决了短信业务所存在的两个问题；应用Session缓冲机制、多线程技术等提高了系统性能，使流程的设计方法得以改进，在具体的项目开发中起到了很好的效果，从而提高了管理SP的能力，使短信增值业务由对SP的弱管理模式转变到对SP的强管理模式（杜绝和防止了SP欺诈用户的行为），极大地维护了运营商的品牌形象，维护了用户利益，规范了短信增值市场。

Design and Research of Short Message Value added Service on 3G Mobile Data Service Platform

Aiming at the problems of development and manipulation of mobile data service,this paper puts forward a method and technology of designing short message value-added service on 3G mobile data service platform.By adding short message twice confirmable flow and black-white table function,outing of supervision and rubbish short message problems can be solved.The system performance and method of design flow are improved by applying to Session cache mechanism and multithread technology.It is good to develop short message applicated project.With these,the management to SP is more effective,the manipulated mode of short message value-added service is altered from fragile management to robust management(SP deceits are restricted),infinite commercial value and social benefits are gained.
