绩效管理中360度量化评估模型的研究

摘    要:绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的重要环节和核心内容,客观、公正、准确地对员工的绩效做出评价,是目前人力资源管理绩效管理中的一个重要问题.着重360度反馈评估方法的讨论,并针对现代化企业绩效管理中绩效考核结果,结合360度评估的理论和量化评估的思想,引入定量化的手段,建立360度量化评估模型,对绩效考核结果进行量化处理.

Abstract:At present, performance management is the important and key content in the human resource management of the enterprise. It is an important problem on how to make objective, fair, and accurate valuations on the performance of the working staff in the performance management of human resource. The theory of 360 degree appraisal is discussed.Combining the theory and the thought of quantification appraisal and using the quantificational method, the 360 degree quantification appraisal model is set up to quantify the result of performance appraisal.
