摘    要:对某银锰矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,银的载体矿物主要分两类:一类是独立银矿物,一类是独立银矿物的宿主矿物,锰的载体矿物主要是锰的氧化物。采用“一次粗选、一次精选、二次扫选”全硫混合浮选流程,可获得含Ag6603g/t,含Pb1.94%,含Zn2.04%,银回收率为78.51%、铅回收率41.84%、锌回收率68.36%的银精矿;采用磁选工艺流程,可获得含Mn20.31%,Ag313.10g/t的磁选精矿,混合浮选—磁选联合工艺能使银、锰回收率分别达到95.34%、91.39%。在优化的浸出条件下,对浮选尾矿采用酸浸的方法回收锰,锰的浸出率能达到78.87%,铁的浸出率为47.50%。

Experimental Study on the Mineral Processing Technology of Silver-manganese ore

Abstract:The process mineralogy of a silver manganese ore was studied, There are two main types of silver carrier minerals, one is independent silver mineral, the other is host mineral of independent silver carrier mineral, and the other is manganese carrier mineral mainly oxide. Silver concentrate containing Ag 6603g/t, Pb 1.94%, Zn 2.04%, silver recovery 78.51%, lead recovery 41.84%, and zinc recovery 68.36% can be obtained by using the all-sulfur mixed flotation process of "primary coarse selection, primary selection and secondary scanning". The magnetic separation concentrate containing Mn 20.31% and Ag 313.10g/t can be obtained by using the magnetic separation process. The recovery of silver and manganese can reach 95.34% and 91.39% respectively by the combined flotation and magnetic separation. Under optimal conditions, the leaching rate of manganese and iron from flotation tailings was 78.87% and 47.50% respectively.
