哈尔滨市高架桥下空间利用优化研究

摘    要:城市高架桥下空间作为解决城市交通问题的衍生空间,是城市空间的组成部分,与土地利用、城市交通、市民生活、景观体系之间关联紧密。以哈尔滨高架桥下空间利用为视角,介绍哈尔滨市高架桥的建设情况、区域分布及高架桥的建筑形式构成;从利用方式、功能协调、景观及管理等方面指出高架桥下空间的利用现状及问题;提出高架桥下空间利用应以交通效率优先、功能整体性、公益功能为主、景观及生态性为原则;并针对性地从整体设计、区域适应性、时间梯度利用、绿化与景观建设及管理方面论证桥下空间利用优化的模式与策略。

An optimum study of space utilization under the urban viaducts in Harbin

Abstract:The space under the urban viaducts is a kind of derivative space to solve the traffic problems, and it is part of urban space. It is closely related to land use, city traffic, the public life, landscape system. Taking Harbin as the case, it introduces the construction of viaduct, regional distribution and building types. It analyzes the current utilization and problems of the space under viaducts from four aspects, including usage mode, coordination function, landscape and management. It also propounds the principles of the space utilization under viaducts, including the traffic efficiency priority, functional integrity, public undertaking priority, sound landscape and ecology. Finally, it points out the utilization strategies of the space under viaducts in Harbin city from five ways, including overall design, adaptability of area, gradient utilization of time, construction of green and landscape, planning and management.
