渐开线斜齿轮精确参数化建模关键问题研究

摘    要:渐开线斜齿轮精确参数化建模是导入ANSYS有限元分析软件进行各种结构分析的基础,因此,对斜齿轮进行科学的分析和精确的参数化建模是十分关键的。经研究发现,利用Pro/E软件进行斜齿轮精确参数化建模中存在三大关键问题:基圆半径与齿根圆半径大小问题、齿根过渡曲线问题、螺旋轨迹线问题。针对存在的三大关键问题,给出了解决方法,能更好地满足实际工程分析和优化设计的需要。

Abstract:The accurate parametric modeling of involute helical gear is the base for all kinds of structure analysis by the Finite element software - ANSYS. So scientific analysis and accurate parametric modeling for the involute helical gear is sufficiently pivotal. The existent three key issues are found after study when we make use of the Pro/E to carry out the accurate parametric modeling of involute helical gear, which includes the issue of basic diameter and root diameter, the issue of tooth root transition curve and the issue of helical curve. This paper provides some solutions to the above -mentioned three issue which furthermore can preferably satisfy the needs of the actual project analysis and optimization design.
