煤直接液化残渣的性质与气化制氢

摘    要:简要介绍了煤直接液化残渣的物化性质以及回收利用方法,着重评述了国内外在线残渣气化制氢方面的研究进展,并对残渣气化制氢的可能性和合理性进行了论证。同时介绍了煤的集成液化工艺。该工艺将煤的加氢液工厂和煤的气化工厂联合起来,利用液化残渣作为气化的主要原料来制氢,从而可实现对煤的分级转化,达到降低煤液化成本的目的。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the characteristics and gasification behavior of residues from direct coal liquefaction and demonstrated the probability and rationality of residue gasification to produce hydrogen. An integrated coal hydrogenation process was discussed. This process is a combination of coal liquefaction process and residue gasification process, which lays emphasis on balance between liquefaction and gasification. It may result in reduced overall liquefaction cost and enhance the overall feasibility of the direct coal liquefaction itself.
