差压铸造液面加压控制系统"PCM"控制的研究

摘    要:采用组合式数字阀作为主要流量控制元件,构建差压铸造液面加压控制系统.研究基于组合式数字阀液面加压控制系统的控制算法及控制精度影响因素,结果表明,组合式数字阀的应用明显提高了液面加压控制系统的控制精度和响应速度,组合式数字阀的位数与控制算法是影响控制精度和响应速度的主要因素.

Abstract:The fluid surface forcing control system applied on counter pressure casting is built based on the combined digital valve as the main flow control component. Its control algorithm and the factors which have the effects on the control precision have also been studied. The results have been shown that the response velocity and control precision of the system were increased apparently with the application of the digital valve and the main factors which affect the control precision and response speed are the digital and control algorithm.
