半导体气敏元件的温度补偿网络设计

摘    要:针对半导体气敏元件的温度漂移问题,以TGS2611型半导体气敏元件为代表,分析其温度特性,给出了温度补偿的热敏电阻网络结构及其补偿方法,通过分析与实验表明:所给出的温度补偿方法在0~30℃之间几乎实现了完全补偿,而在高温区补偿效果也较好,可以有效地抑制气体报警浓度随温度的漂移,补偿误差不超过0.5%LEL,从而有效地提高了探测器的温度稳定性。

Abstract:According to the temperature shift of gas sensitive element,on behalf of TGS2611 semiconductor gas sensitive element,its temperature characteristic is analyzed.A structure and a method of thermal resistor network with temperature compensation are introduced.The analysis of the network and the results of experiments indicate that all compensation can be implemented at 0~30 ℃,and compensation effect is good at high temperature.This method can restrain temperature drift along with gas alarm concentration chang effectively,compensation error is not over 0.5 %LEL,and the temperature stability of gas detectors is improved.
