铜阳极泥氧压酸浸脱铜试验研究

摘    要:以国内某铜冶炼厂所产的铜阳极泥为原料,采用氧压酸浸的方法对该铜阳极泥进行脱铜预处理。寻找脱铜的最佳工艺条件,同时对铜阳极泥中银、碲、硒等元素的走向进行了研究。结果表明,该方法能在较短的时间内使铜阳泥的铜含量降低至0.3%,有价金属富集于浸出渣中。

Abstract:To find the best conditions to remove copper, the copper anode slime produced in a copper smelter domestically was pre - treated by oxygen pressure acid leaching method and the transfer of silver, tellurium and selenium of copper anode slime in the process was studied. The result show that this method can reduce the copper content of copper anode slime to 0.3% in a short time and make valuable metals be enriched in the leaching residue.
