| 摘 要： | 从"投融资"、勘察设计、建设实施、"回购期"四个阶段对BT建设方如何做好工程造价的管理工作进行了详细的阐述,指出在BT建设模式下加强对影响造价的各个阶段实施全过程造价管理,有利于项目公司资金的合理使用,实现投资的良性循环。
