摘    要:采用晶种增长-抗坏血酸室温还原法有效合成了Au@Ag纳米粒子。通过进一步优化Au@Ag纳米粒子的组成和体积、助剂H(NaCl和KBr的混合溶液)的体积以及待测样品的加样顺序,在便携式拉曼光谱仪上成功实现了孔雀石绿(MG)的快速高灵敏检测。其对MG检测线性范围为0.5 μg/L~10 μg/L,线性相关系数达到0.991,实际可测最低浓度为0.5 μg/L。将本方法用于基围虾虾肉中MG的检测,直接检测未检出;用前处理液配制MG模拟样本,10 μg/L时信号明显可见。本方法有望用于水产品中MG的快速高灵敏检测。

Abstract:Au@Ag nanoparticles with excellent surface enhancement were synthesized by a seeded growth-ascorbic acid reduction. Through optimizing the molar ratio of Ag/Au, the volume of Au@Ag nanoparticles,the volume of auxiliary H (the mixture of KBr and NaCl) and the adding order of auxiliary H and tested samples,a highly sensitive and rapid qualitative detection of malachite green (MG) was achieved with a portable Raman spectrometer, whose detection limit was 0.5 μg/L with a linear range from 0.5 μg/L to 10 μg/L (R2 =0.991). This detection method was also applied in the determination of MG in a shrimp sample from Baishazhou market of Wuhan, and no MG was found. However,the solution containing 10 μg/L MG were detected with strong signals. This detection method is expected to be used in detecting MG for the aquatic products.
