| 摘 要： | 根据法国CLECM公司板形控制技术中辊端轴套的热处理技术条件，研究了18NcD6钢的渗碳淬火工艺、热处理畸变控制及其力学性能，成功地实现了新型辊端轴套的国产化，产品性能安全达到法国CLECM公司技术标准，收到了显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | According to the heat treatment process requirement for the profile control technology of roll end sleeve developed by CLECM Co.(France),the parameters of carburizing & quenching,distortion control and mechanical properties of steel 18NcD 6 was studied.The product quality has come up to the standard of the CLECM Co.Domestic manufacture for this new type roll end sleeve was successfully realized,and a huge economic benefit has been obtained. |
