液压静力压桩机起吊系统动态特性的研究

摘    要:通过对液压静力压桩机起吊系统的分析和研究,运用AMESim软件建立了液压驱动系统的仿真模型,并建立了钢丝绳的力学方程,分析了激励加速度对钢丝绳动张力的影响.对吊臂在不同动栽系数时,起吊系统的最大起重力及变幅油缸的最大油压与变幅角度的关系进行了仿真研究.通过仿真分析可知激励加速度的变化会引起动张力的变化,运用修正后的动载系数代替经验取值对模型进行力学分析,不但简化了运算过程也使结果更加准确.
