摘    要:为高效切削难加工材料,研究其切削温度尤为重要.本文介绍了一种难加工材料的铣削温度模型建立的全过程.首先采用回归正交表设计试验方案,然后使用了非接触红外测温法测试仪器并选用回归方法对试验结果进行分析,最终建立了铣削温度模型.在实验中,借助于VFP程序迅速、准确地完成了切削参数的选取、实验数据的处理和结果的分析,为实验结果的可靠性提供了保证.这项工作不仅为铣削加工参数优化、铣刀设计提供了数据,也为铣削加工的数值模拟提供了依据.

Abstract:It is very important to study the cutting temperature for the high efficiency cutting of the difficult-to-cut materials. The whole process of the modeling of milling temperature of a kind of difficult-to-cut material was introduced. A scheme of orthogonal design was determined. The temperature value was obtained by non-contact and infrared ray measuring temperature instrument and the experimental result was treated with regression analysis. The milling temperature model was finished. In the experiment, selecting cutting parameters, processing experimental data and analyzing results were implemented rapidly and accurately with the help of VFP program which makes the above work more reliable. This research provides some data for optimizing the milling parameters and tool design, and gives the reference to the simulation of milling in the future.
