| 摘 要： | 对三嗪类除草剂最新检测技术的研究进展情况进行了详细的综述,包括样品的分离、富集等前处理技术和检测技术.在前处理方法上,固相微萃取技术因具有较高的回收率而得到广泛的应用;检测技术上,气相色谱法和液相色谱法是目前主要的分析方法.另外,由于色谱一质谱技术不仅检测限低、选择性好,而且可以克服仅以保留时间定性而易出现假阳性的结果,定性更准确,符合痕量检测的发展趋势,因而在三嗪类除草剂残留的定性、定量分析中发挥着越来越重要的作用.
