| 摘 要： | [目的]以明亮发光杆菌(Photobacterium phosphoreum)T3变种为暴露对象,研究了有机物与重金属对其联合毒性影响.[方法]单一毒性试验开始15 min后,用生物毒性测试仪测得戊唑醇、己唑醇、TCS、TMP、Cu、Zn对发光细菌EC50值分别为90.5、106、4.06、1560、2.51、1.073 mg/L.联合毒性试验采用回归通用旋转组合设计,测定了戊唑醇+己唑醇、Cu+Zn、TCS+TMP的联合毒性作用.[结论]戊唑醇与己唑醇以相加作用为主,Cu与zn以拮抗作用为主,TCS与TMP以独立作用为主.
