地下停车场防水工程施工质量预控措施

针对地下停车场出现渗漏后带来的危害以及渗漏修复难度大、维修费用高等情况，给出了地下防水工程设计与施工应遵循的原则，结合工程实际，从结构主体和细部构造两方面提出了地下工程防水施工质量预控措施，以确保地下停车场防水工程质量。

Construction quality controlling measures for underground garage waterproofing engineering

In light of leakage hazards, difficult leakage maintenance, high maintenance cost and other conditions, this paper shows the princi- ples followed in underground waterproofing engineering design and construction. Combining with engineering practice, it proposes underground waterproofing construction quality controlling measures from two aspects of major structure and detail strueture, so as to guarantee the waterproof- ing engineering quality of underground garage.
