喷射成形超高碳钢的组织与力学性能研究

摘    要:研究了热轧及热轧后立即等温退火的控制轧制工艺对喷射成形超高碳钢的组织及室温力学性能的影响,分析了超高碳钢不同组织结构与其力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,采用热轧后立即进行等温退火的控制轧制工艺,可得到层片珠光体与碳化物颗粒的有序混合组织,大大提高了喷射成形超高碳钢的室温综合力学性能,且工艺相对简单;同时采用热轧处理后,产生的片层状珠光体组织能够有效提高超高碳的加工硬化率,进一步通过减小片间距,可以获得更高的强度。

Abstract:The microstructure and room temperature tensile properties of a spray formed ultrahigh carbon steel(UHCS) were studied after hot rolling followed by controlled-annealing processes.The relation between microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel was analyzed.The results show that the mechanical property of UHCS is greatly increased because of the mixed microstructure of lamellar pearlite and spheroidized carbides by means of a relatively simpler hot rolling process.The lamellar pearlite microstruct...
