摘    要:低频振荡是电力系统中发生频繁、对系统稳定运行造成严重影响的一类事故。提出基于数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)数据实时定位低频振荡扰动源的算法,并在EMS系统中开发了振荡源实时搜索软件。该软件多年来实际运行测试表明,所提出的算法能够迅速确定电网中低频扰动源,对发生在南方电网的多次低频振荡发出了告警。此外,该算法不需要部署相角测量装置(PMU)进行数据采集,可以节省大量投资。

Abstract:Low frequency oscillation is the kind of faults that happens frequently in a power system and is serious to impact the system stability. This paper proposes a real-time locating algorithm for disturbance source of the oscillation based on SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) data, and develops a real-time searching software for disturbance source. The test and practical operation of the software for many years show that the proposed algorithm can quickly determine the low frequency disturbance source so that many times of low frequency oscillation occurred in China Southern Power Grid have been early warned. In addition, the PMU (phasor measurement unit) data acquisition devices are not necessary for the algorithm, and thus a lot of investment can be saved.
