| Abstract: | The housing use safety is one of public safety? the formalation of relevant code? standard and regulation should accord with actual conditions of residential area property management. The author presents that before the acceptance of business? the property management enterprise should estabish relevant management plan? analyze the risk of housing use safety and take precautionary measures to control the risk. |
