铝箔轧制废油中基础油分离及性能的研究

摘    要:采用减压蒸馏法对铝箔轧制废油中的基础油进行分离回收。截取馏程为150~160℃的减压馏分,得到酸值0.027 mg KOH/g、运动粘度2.35 mm2/s、退火性能Ⅱ级、闪点82℃和馏程宽度为220~253℃的再生油。使用GC/MS对废油和再生油的组成进行分析,对其的酸值、馏程、粘度、闪点和油膜强度等理化性能和使用性能进行测定,并结合工业上铝箔轧制油性能要求对测定结果进行综合评价。结果表明,窄馏分油的主要性能指标达到使用要求。

Abstract:The method of vacuum distillation,which separated and recycled the base oil from waste rolling oil for aluminum foil,was introduced.The distillation range of vacuum fraction,which was 150~160 ℃,was intercepted.The acid value of regeneration base oil was 0.027 mg KOH/g.The kinematic viscosity was 2.35 mm2/s.The annealing capacity was Ⅱ.The flash point was 82 ℃ and distillation range was 220~253 ℃.The GC/MS was used to measure the components of the waste oil and the regeneration base oil.Then,the waste oil and base oil with the physical,chemical and application properties were tested.For instance,acid value,distillation range,viscosity,flash point,oil film strength and so on.According to the industrial requirements,the test results were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that main properties of base oil met the requirements.
