摘    要:为研究ESP液压控制系统的电磁阀在系统增减压时的动态响应及其主要参数对控制效果的影响,基于AMESim建立了ESP液压系统模型,运用Matlab/Simulink对系统中的电磁阀进行控制,仿真结果表明,电磁阀频率和PWM占空比都会影响电磁阀的响应,为ESP液压控制系统的设计和匹配提供了依据。

Abstract:The ESP hydraulic control system is the most important actuator for the stability of driving vehicle.In order to study the dynamic response of the solenoid valve when pressurizing or decompressing and the influence of its main parameters on control effects,the model of a part of hydraulic control system is built on the AMESim platform and Matlab/Simulink program controls the solenoid valve.Simulation results show that the response of solenoid valve may be affected by the valve nature frequency and also the duty cycle of PWM,which provides a basis for the design and matching of the ESP hydraulic control system.
