| 摘 要： | 探讨“以人为本”式的企业管理在现代企业中的地位和必要性 ,采用横向对比的方法 ,根据国内企业管理中存在的问题 ,提出了实现人本式管理的具体做法 ;最后得出“以人为本”式的企业管理是现代企业持续发展的源动力 ,是立企之本的结论。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to study the necessity and the impotrance of the business management model taking the human in the first consideration. By using the method of horizontal comparison and considering the problems in state owned enterprises, it proposes the concrete measures of the management taking the human in the first consideration and draws a conclusion that this kind of business management is the foundation and the motivity of enterprise development. |
