摘    要:文章建立了换热器传热过程的数学模型,导出了其损失参数的计算式,并对效率进行了图形分析。结果表明:以顺逆流为主的换热器的损失与效率,随传热单元数NTU与水当量之比的变化而变化,合理选取这两个参数,可使效率达到一最佳值,从而为换热器的优化设计提供依据。图4参6

Abstract:In this paper a mathematical model of exergy is developed for heat transfering processes of heatexchangers and a series of formalae are derived for calculating exergic losses. Graphic analysis is made for the exergic efficiency of exergy. The results show that exergic losses and efficiency of the exchanger typified by parallel flow and counter flow vary with the number of transfer units (NTU) and water equivalence (W). By appropriate choice of the two parameters the maximum value of exergic efficiency may be obtained, and the design of a heat exchanger optimized.
