| 摘 要： | 阐述了建筑企业建立企业联盟的必要性,对建筑企业联盟合作伙伴的选择问题进行了探讨,并从项目的质量管理、进度管理、成本管理、风险管理等方面论述了建筑企业联盟下的项目管理,以使建筑企业的竞争力得到加强,市场空间得到拓展。

| Abstract: | The necessity to establish enterprise alliance of construction enterprises in China is discussed.According to the questions related to the selection of partner discussion is made.From quality management,schedule control,cost management,risk management and other aspects project management of allied enterprises is discussed in order to strengthen competitive power and expand the market space. |
