GJW35钢结硬质合金热疲劳裂纹扩展的观察

摘    要:观察了在热应力作用下 GJW35钢结硬质合金表面热疲劳裂纹扩展过程。结果表明 :萌生后的热疲劳裂纹优先在硬质相中扩展 ,遇到钢基体相后受阻、钝化。当裂纹在钢基体相中孕育时 ,另一裂纹已在该钢基体相区前沿的硬质相中形成。最后 ,在钢基体相中形成的裂纹以“搭桥”方式将其前后的裂纹连接起来。

Abstract:The process of thermal fatigue crack propagation on the surface of steel bonded carbide GJW35 under the action of thermal stress has been observed. The results show that the thermal fatigue cracks after forming propagate preferentially in the hard phase, and the propagation of crack is stoped and dulled when it meet steel basic phase. Another one has already formed in the hard phase in front of the steel basic phase when a crack incubates in the steel basic phase. At last the crack that it has formed in the steel based phase connects back and forth cracks of it by bridging.
