摘    要:导轨是机床的最重要功能部件之一,由于其具有滑动特性,因此也是机床整机动态特性中最有影响的结合部之一.本文以结合面的基础特性参数为基础,研究了机床导轨结合部的动态建模解析方法,并将其应用于机床整机动态特性解析,为机床整机动态特性解析中结合部参数的确定提供了一种方法,并为机床图样设计阶段预测整机动态特性开辟了道路.

Abstract:Guideway is one of the most important function parts in machine tools and it also is the most influential joint to the dynamic behaviors of machine tools because of its sliding. In this paper the analysis method of dynamic behaviors of the slidway joint is proposed based on the fundamental parameters at unit joint surface. Through its application in the dynamic analysis of a whole machine tool structure, the problem of determining of the dynamic characteristic parameters of joints in machine tool is solved. And the way is broken down for prediction of the dynamic behaviors of machine tools at the stage of plan design.
