| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的可以诊断容差模拟电路软硬两类故障的故障屏蔽字典法。该法基于统计学原理，计算了容差对故障特征量的影响，在此基础上，通过构造合适的故障隶属函数，将故障定位在一个模糊故障集中，并从中进一步确定出最可能发生的故障。

| Abstract: | A new fault screen dictionary method enable to diagnose not only hard faults but also soft faults in tolerance circuits is proposed in this paper. Based on the principle of statistical theory, tolerance effort to fault characteristic vectors is calculated. A fault threshold function is put forward. Faults can be located in a fuzzy fault set from which the most possible fault can be selected. |
