摘    要:采用洛阳石油化工工程公司设备研究所专利技术 ,对Ⅱ套催化裂化装置汽提段进行了改造 ,解决了装置存在的汽提效果差、耗汽量高的问题 ,同时也减轻了再生器烧焦负荷。焦炭中氢碳比由改造前的 12 .2 9%降低到6.78% ,焦炭产率下降 1.17个百分点 ,目前装置运行状况良好 ,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Stripping zone in the II FCCU of Petrochemical Company of Jilin Oil Field was revamped by using the patent technique of LPEC.Problems such as bad stripping effect,high consumption of steam were solved and coke burning load reduced.After revamping,the hydrogen/carbon ratio in coke decreased from 12.29% to 6.78%,the yield of coke decreased by 1.17 percent points.
