梯级水电站洪水优化调度几个问题的探讨

摘    要:本文详细讨论文献1]中梯级水电站洪水优化调度线性二次型控制模型分解协调算法的收敛性,推导出收敛的充分条件.针对预报入流过程存在误差,提出实时决策的基本思路,建立了上游电站洪水优化调度方案的实时修正公式,用以处理洪水最优化调度方案所需计算时间与洪水调度实时性要求之间的矛盾。

Abstract:The convergence of the decomposition-coordination algorithm for the linear quadratic control model of flood optimization dispatching for cascade hydropower stations mentioned in Ref.l]is discussd at length. The sufficient conditions for convergence are derived. According to the errors in the prediction of the inflow process, the basic idea of real-time decision making is proposed and the real-time modified formula for flood optimization dispatching for the upstream station is established to handle the contradiction between the time neededufor calculation and the real-time requirement of flood dispatching.
