混合二元酸与乙醇酯化反应动力学研究

摘    要:以混合二元酸为原料酸,硅钨酸为催化剂,与无水乙醇进行酯化反应制备混合二元酸二乙酯。通过条件试验,分别考察了在不同的温度、投料比、催化剂用量情况下酯化反应的转化率和反应速率,最终确定了该反应的最佳反应条件:温度75℃,酸醇比为1:4,催化剂用量为混合二元酸质量的2%。反应速率是通过测量反应物的不同时刻的酸值获得,对原始实验数据进行整理、作图、积分等一系列的处理后,建立了酯化动力学速率方程模型

Abstract:The esterification of mixing binary acid with ethanol was carried out under silicotungstic acid as catalyst in this experiment. The yield of conversion and reaction rate were investigated under different reaction temperature, reactant ratio and catalyst amount through conditional experiment, and best conditions were confirmed, which was 75 ℃, the ratio of 1 : 4 for binary acid to ethanol and the amount of silicotungstic acid was 2% of mixing binary acid quality. The reaction rate was determined by measuring acid value of reactants after different reaction time, the esterification dynamic rate equation model was established by the processing, drawing and integral of original experiment data, the kinetics model formula was established
