Currently,the surplus rural la bor forc es in Chi na have reached a large -scale and most of them are not well educated .Its a bsolutely essential to have them transferred i n an orderly manner bec ause it helps t o maintain the social stability and t he rapid economic growth, to improve the living standards of the people.In th is article,we'll make a b rief analysis in terms o f why it is an irreversible trend for t hose surplus ru ral labors to be transferred and try to offer some solutions on how to accelerat e the transfer of those surplus rural labor forc es.
