国内外微波食品塑料包装安全性研究现状

综述了国外发达国家及我国对微波食品塑料包装的安全性研究现状，包括微波食品塑料包装中的物质迁移研究、微波对包装材料的物质迁移影响等；介绍了美国、欧洲、日本等发达国家及我国制定的相关微波食品塑料包装的法规及标准。对国内外相关情况进行比较，指出我国对于微波食品塑料包装的安全性研究还处于起步阶段，缺乏微波食品塑料包装相关的法规和标准体系，并提出了相关建议。

Research Status of Safety of Microwave Food-use Plastic Packaging Materials at Home and Aboard

The research status of safety of microwave food-use plastics packaging materials in the developed countries and China was reviewed, including the research on the substance migration of microwave food-use plastic packaging materials, and the impact of microwave on the substance migration of packaging materials, etc. The related regulations and standards in America, Europe, Japan, and China were also introduced in the paper. Compared with the developed countries, the research in China on the safety of microwave food-use plastics packaging materials was still in the initial stage, related regulations and standards were lack. Some suggestions were proposed.
