摘    要:介绍了采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺处理含油废水的工程实例。运行结果表明:对废水进行预处理后,进入BAF的废水中石油类及SS含量很低,对COD及NH3-N的去除率均可达94%以上,最终出水水质可达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段的一级标准。该工艺具有占地面积小、运行稳定、出水水质好等优点。

Abstract:This paper introduces an engineering example of oily wastewater treatment by biological aerated filter(BAF) process.The result proves that when oil and SS in the wastewater are pretreated properly,the removal rates of COD and NH_3-N reach more than 94%.The final effluent quality can steadily meet the first grade of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26-2001)(the secondary period).This process has advantages of less area of land coverage,high efficient and reliable performance etc.
