| 摘 要： | 根据厂家图纸,应用ANSYS软件对某矿用自卸车车架进行了准确建模、手工剖分和静态分析。主要分析了车架在2种典型工况下的强度刚度情况。结果表明该车架在工况1条件下满足设计要求,在工况2条件下强度不够,建议改进后再生产样车。

| Abstract: | Accurate frame model,manual mesh and static analysis of a mine tipper are conducted by using FEM software ANSYS according to manufacturers drawing.The static analysis includes two typical conditions.The results show that frame needs improvement before producing due to the second imperfect condition. |
