建筑施工用电的负荷计算方法及其改进

摘    要:建筑施工工地的用电设备多数属于重复短时工作制,造成按照通常的负荷计算方法得到的计算负荷低于实际值。在实际应用中反复出现因过载形成的跳闸断电,影响工程进度和工程质量。文章分析了施工用电的特点和存在的问题,研究比较了各种负荷计算方法的优劣,提出了建筑施工工地应加大计算负荷25%的建议,结合施工用电的特点对施工现场的变压器选型提出了个人的看法。

Abstract:Electricity powered equipments used in building construction site mostly has the character of short time interval repeating operation.The electricity load magnitude calculated by routine loading method is lower than that in practice.Overload of equipments will cause repeated trip and outages which influence project schedule and construction quality.By analyzing the characteristics of construction power use and existed problems,and comparing the virtues and defects of various load calculation methods,a suggestion was presented that load should be increased by 25% in building construction site.A personal view was proposed for transformer selection in the light of characteristics of construction power use.
