摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定尼龙酸组成及其含量的方法。样品经定容过滤后进行色谱分析。采用的色谱条件:色谱柱 SB-Aq4.6mm×250mm;流动相:A液0.025mol·L-1 KH2PO4 -H3PO4缓冲溶液(pH2.75),B液甲醇,C液、D液均为超纯水;流速0.8mL·min-1,柱温40℃,示差折光检测器。采用该方法,丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸三种组分的回收率均高于98%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于1.5%,线性范围为0.1-100 mg·L-1(r=0.9999),检出限分别为0.5ng、0.5ng、1.0ng。该方法已应用于工业化生产控制中。

Abstract:A method of HPLC with RID detection for the determination of binary acid composition in nylon acid was established. The method was carried out under the follow chromatographic conditions: SB - Aq chromatographic column (4.6mm×250mm);the mobile phase:A0.025mol·L-1 KH2PO4 - H3PO4 buffer solution (pH2. 75 ) ,B methanol, C,D superbly purified water;flow rate 0. 8mL·2min-1;column temperature 40℃. Average recoveries were greater than 98 % , RSDs ( n = 6 ) were less than 1.5%. Linearity was range in 0. 1 - 100 mg·L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 9999. Detection limits were 0. 5ng for SA and GA,1.0ng for ADA, respectively. This method has been used in the quality control of industrial production.
