螺杆泵井振动测试分析及工况诊断

摘    要:为满足ISO2372设备振动标准的要求和避免共振,通过对螺杆泵抽油杆柱固有频率的计算,结合现场测试数据,利用VB语言,研制出螺杆泵井振动测试分析软件,并通过对胜利油田某油区21口在役螺杆泵井进行测试分析,取得了较好的效果。软件界面友好,与检测仪器兼容性好,操作简单,便于现场推广应用。

Abstract:To satisfy the requirement of ISO2372 equipment vibration criterion to avoid resonance, the vibration testing and analysis program of screw pump wells were developed by means of visual basic based on original calculation of sucker rod string frequencies and field test data. Through testing and analysis of 21 screw pump wells in Shengli Oil, the developed program was effective with friendly interface and was easy to use.
