| 摘 要： | 软交换技术是语音通信未来的发展方向。文章详细分析了苏州供电公司调度交换系统的现状，结合IP通信技术的发展，提出了采用软交换技术实现调度交换组网的解决方案。该方案不仅实现了调度交换机联网，通过扩展多媒体调度台和IP电话，还可以建成作为备用系统的多媒体调度通信系统。该方案的实施为调度交换组网提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | The soft-switch technology is a development tendency for future voice communication. This paper analyzes the status of dispatching exchange system in Suzhou Power Supply Company in detail. Combind with the development of IP communication technology, it puts forward the solution of implementing dispatching exchange network with the soft-switch technology. This solution not only realizes the interconnection of dispatching exchange networks, but also establishes a multimedia dispatching communication system as a backup system by extending multimedia dispatching desk and IP telephone. This scheme provides new ideas for dispatching exchange networking. |
