京津沪超高层超长钻孔灌注桩试验数据对比分析

摘    要:随着超高层建筑的发展,钻孔灌注超长桩、长桩在工程中得到越来越多的应用。通过对北京、天津和上海的代表性超高层建筑(上海中心大厦、天津117大厦、北京的央视新台址主塔楼)的桩基载荷试验资料的对比,对于超长钻孔灌注桩的荷载传递规律、荷载-沉降的性状、侧阻力变化特征以及后注浆工艺增强效果进行了比较研究。
